  • At the time of making the booking or participating in the activity, the traveler may expressly authorize or refuse the use of their image through the corresponding form.

Personal data will be retained only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected, or for as long as a contractual or legal relationship justifies its retention.

Once these periods have expired, the data will be securely deleted or anonymized.
